really how do they not notice something like that?

I'm sooooo disappointed. The FedEx man apparently sneaked up to the door and dumped a dented, damaged box without knocking because he was so embarrassed. But that's not all. When we did discover the box, we opened it to find that Harbor Freight had shipped us two $5 toy tires that smelled strongly of rubber. This, in place of the two dual barrel rock tumblers we ordered. I think I shed a tear. The guy on the phone was nice but clueless. He kept going on hold to figure out how to get postage for me to ship it back or somesuch. Finally some supervisor must have broke it to him that the cost of shipping was more than the tires and they should just leave it be. Supposedly they are sending me my actual order next week. I admit that I'm a little worried.
