too many social media sites 2014-10-11 - 1:22 p.m. Spend most of yesterday trying to design Roger's upcoming paperback. Then I got side-tracked into spending two hours wrangling old passwords and deleting old accounts. I felt a little bad about deleting LinkedIn since one of my editors left such a glowing recommendation for me there, but the site is really just an endless waste of time if you're not in marketing...and it's creepy that you can log in and see who has been stalking your account. You don't feel free to browse the site yourself, since you have to assume that the same information is being shared around about where you go... Very tempted to dump Facebook as well... I was actually a little sorry to let go of my WattPad and LiveJournal accounts but I don't have time to keep up with every single platform where people are posting their writing... Roger has stepped out to get a brake tag, or at least I hope so. I'm really getting heavily into noise, and I've been playing the new Julian Casablancas every day. In fact I'm playing it right now. Some of it, especially "Where Eagles Fly," sounds like what Nirvana could have been if Cobain hadn't died. But DH is not a fan of this particular record.
