Another item for the "to do" list... Sorry, Sting, but if my dad was boasting he had $300 million and he was going to give it away to outsiders instead of his own children, I'd take it exactly as it's intended...that he loves those outsiders more than his own children. Action speaks louder than empty words at the end of the day. We have a world where "good" people give away their money, and "bad" people don't. Therefore, the bad people grow ever more powerful over the generations, and the good have no hope any more. I get it that it's depressing that you can't save everyone. But it seems like you could at least give your own kids a chance...There needs to be laws that stop all multi-millionaires/billionaires from leaving huge sums of money to a few selfish people like the Walmart kids. But as long as those laws don't exist, it's insanity for only the good people not to inherit.
