Read my new book, The 10 Best Things You Can Do For Your Bird at Amazon or at many other fine distributors like Barnes & Noble, iTunes, Kobo, and more.
By public demand, and after a delay of an embarrassing number of years, I've finally put my notorious essay, Ender and Hitler: Sympathy for the Superman, free on the fabulous internets.
A bibliography of my published books and stories.
Here's a simple card-counting FAQ to get you up to speed on the basics. Here's the true story of the notorious DD' blackjack team, told for the first time on the fabulous internets. No other team went from a starting investor's bankroll of zero to winning millions of dollars.

And so it begins. I got a nasty notice that I couldn't check in online but it was a matter of moments to check in at the airport. I did have TSA Prechek but it didn't show on the fabulous interwebs so I only found out when the clerk printed my boarding pass. So now I'm here. The weather is bad but I have high hopes (knock on wood) it has plenty of time to clear up and let me get going. No club in this terminal. Pitiful way to treat your first class pax if you ask me but I'm pretty sure that nobody did. ;-)
Spent my last day yesterday out of the weather and frantically finding people's trip reports/bird tips & converting them into Kindle books complete with cover... this because the real birding books are just too huge for the carry-on. I have learned that a reasonable number of people have seen the so-called royal tiger so maybe I will too.
