His Veracruz tour doesn't start until Saturday, but he always likes to get down there early to do some scouting, and it sounds like Veracruz got hit pretty hard by killer Hurricane Stan, which killed dozens, mainly in mud slides from the sound of it. However, the only non-Central Americans they mentioned being killed were some Ecuadorians.
