2003-03-13 - 5:43 p.m.

Severe thunderstorm this afternoon. My baby lettuce plants have been pounded into the ground. I hope they can recover.
In the morning, I saw the dermatologist, who zapped more electricity through the annoying but admittedly shrinking sunspot, and then I took Ronnie back to the vet. Her eye is still very, very slightly swollen, but the tests didn't show any abnormal bacteria count. I am supposed to continue treating her until the tube of antibiotic runs out and take her back for a hopefully final check-up in two weeks. Poor Ronnie. She is convinced that she is well and ready to return to Courtney's side.
